The Joy of Food

YUMMY INDULGENT BREAKFAST today!

Today is day 2 in my 40th birthday week celebrations. I asked a group I am a member of what I could do to celebrate my 40th birthday on a budget and someone said meet up with girlfriends, connect and enjoy beautiful food. So this is what I decided.

Yesterday I had reflexology, so enjoyed the pampering, and today I enjoyed food and luscious milkshake.  There is a little cafe in Gloucester in the UK called Hubble Bubble own by local magical witches and they do the most heavenly cake and food. Lots of gluten free and vegan, lots of locally sourced food. 

Today I opted for a 10am breakfast of chocolate milkshake and orange and sweet potato cake with cream.

It was totally heavenly.

I then followed this with shopping for a dress for my birthday dinner and now I have sore feet (grin).

But all in all a beautiful day and totally heavenly food.
