THE WRITE PATH
Sharing the world of writing as a self-help author and editor.
The joys and pitfalls of being a non-fiction writer.
The joys and pitfalls of being a non-fiction writer.
I flow best when I flow from 'feeling'. If I drop into my heart, the emotion, 'what is', writing becomes more fluid and flows with ease. Over the years I have developed my own way of allowing inspiration to trickle on to the pages of my notebook or out of my fingertips onto the keyboard. I know the thinking mind produces stifled 'perfect' words on the page. The mind flows 'shoulds' and 'write for the audience', and while it may read okay it lacks my soul. I also like nothing better than gazing out of the window and allowing nature to inspire me, watching people going about their ordinary days. Ease + Flow = Present Moment AwarenessWhat do you do to allow ease and flow into your creative outpourings?

Sometimes if I'm feeling stuck, I'll take a shower. It's weird how the ideas just start flowing!

"I have been struggling and "stuck" for the last couple years. I did not know what to expect when I started reading but was astonished that it was almost an exact timeline of my journey and what I was experiencing, reasons WHY I was experiencing these things and tools to handle all the scenarios. within a few days my life has transformed as I have validation for what I have been feeling and confirmation that life is just changing and there is a light at the end of the tunnel." ” JEN, USA |
