I flow best when I flow from 'feeling'. If I drop into my heart, the emotion, 'what is', writing becomes more fluid and flows with ease.

I know the thinking mind produces stifled 'perfect' words on the page. The mind flows 'shoulds' and 'write for the audience', and while it may read okay it lacks my soul.
I also like nothing better than gazing out of the window and allowing nature to inspire me, watching people going about their ordinary days.
